Government of Goa is setting up the Parihan Bhavan with unique features of radial cooling where water is used to keep it cool. The new design and structure is expected to be efficient in energy to the tune of 60%. The building will also implement greener solar power for conventional electricity needs.
The project will also use natural venturi effect to keep the building cool. The building will be citizen friendly with touch kiosks to facilitate dissemination of information.
